We are currently seeking a professional and reliable Septic Truck Driver to join our growing team here at Mr. Rooter Plumbing. We are a well-established septic service company looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Septic Truck Driver to join our team. This position is ideal for a professional who takes pride in their work, values safety and customer service, and brings positive energy to a team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Safely operate a septic pump truck for residential and commercial service calls
- Pump, clean, and maintain septic systems and holding tanks
- Provide friendly, professional service to our customers
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and keep equipment clean and well-maintained
- Work as part of a positive, motivated team that supports each other
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (CDL Class A preferred)
- Clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Physical ability to perform hands-on work
- Reliability, punctuality, and team-first mindset
- Septic or similar experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person!
- Tanker endorsement (preferred)
- Septic or vacuum truck experience (huge plus)
- Comfortable with paperwork, pH logs, and disposal rules
- Customer-facing
- Mechanically aware (hoses, valves, maintenance)

Septic Truck Driver – Full Time
• $25.00–$35/hr + bonuses
• CDL Class A required
• Septic or vacuum truck experience preferred
• Clean driving record
• Responsible for pumping, disposal, paperwork & truck care
• Bonus pay for upsells & helping technicians

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
